Pre-Purchase, Pre-Leasing and Pre-Listing Commercial Building Inspections

Condition is a major factor in any property, but outward appearances never tell the whole story. There are many hidden issues and usability concerns that only a thorough, practical inspection by an experienced building technologist will reveal.

Pre-Mortgage Inspections

When applying for a mortgage. put your property in the most favourable light prior to the bank's appraisal by having Westbrook complete a pre-mortgage building inspection. By discovering potential issues, you can head off disruptions in the application process.

Fire Code Advisory Inspections

Can be provided for duplex, triplex-apartment-store combinations etc. Basement apartment retrofits. Covers fire separations, fire doors & closures, means of escape, required smoke & fire alarms and compliance alternatives for difficult situations.
